Bill Baily Bill Baily
Bill Baily has been painting for 62 years. He has studied under Nelson Sandgren, Charles Mulvey, Perry Acker, Judy Morris, and George Hamilton. He has had 13 one-man shows, as well as many group shows in the Portland area. He has had work included in the annual Northwest Watercolor Society Show in Seattle, Artists of Oregon Exhibit at the Portland Art Museum, and many biannual Watercolor Society of Oregon exhibits.

His works are included in the permanent collections of Sunriver Lodge and Condominiums, Georgia-Pacific, Wells Fargo Bank, The Lloyd Corporation, Bank of America, Freightliner, Good Samaritan Hospital, Nabisco, Boise Cascade, and the Allison Inn and Spa.

His subject matter includes impressions of landscapes, seascapes, as well as fruit and vegetable compositions, which have become his signature artwork. Most recently he has been painting acrylic abstracts. He uses watercolors, acrylics, and mixed media in creating his artwork. He currently exhibits at the Portland Art Museum’s Rental Sales Gallery, the Attic Gallery in Camas, Washington, and Fairweather House and Gallery in Seaside Oregon.
